I’m so glad you’ve found your way to Katy’s Tales with Katy Little. I have traveled a wonderful path as a storyteller through the people I’ve met, the places I’ve been, growing up with stories being a very important part of my family life and, most of all, as my parent’s always said, “She was vaccinated with a talking needle!” I am a Story Teller, Story Teacher, Story Collector, Story Coach and a Story Time Radio host/producer. My mission as a storyteller is to help others discover the storyteller inside themselves through workshops and classes. What a joy it is to be telling a story about a day in the life with my Grandma Erma when we would have tea time and play in her button box. My audiences, of a more mature age, begin to nod with understanding and then will share their stories of button boxes or time spent with their grandparents. In June 2004 I produced and hosted STORY TIME RADIO on KRFC 88.9 FM in Fort Collins, CO.  This program gave me the opportunity to provide a stage for me to share my stories as well as having many guest storytellers sharing their tales.  Over the years I have produced numerous events:  Winter Stories On A Sunday Afternoon; TELLABRATIONS!; TEDDY BEAR PICNICS and various storytelling programs for fund raising events. Telling personal stories and pioneer tales of homesteading, farming, ranching, mining and their folklore are my real passion.  I invite you to visit my “Stories” and share some the experiences in my life that lead to the writing of my personal tales.
